Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully covered with Public Liability Insurance.

 

Are the products you use pet and family safe?

Yes, all the products we use are safe for use around your children and pets.

 

Will my carpets/upholstery be damp once cleaned?

We employ cold air driers to speed the drying of your items so that they are left clean and sanitary for your convenience.

 

Do you offer emergency or same day cleaning?

Where possible, we do offer same day services but this is dependent on other customers. If you need us urgently, the best thing to do is to call us and we'll do what we can to accommodate you.

 

How many years of experience do you have?

The company was established in 1986 by my father, Peter Hackney, who then trained me in the trade and we still work together now. As such, we are proud to bring over 40 years of experience to your cleaning needs and pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in all aspects of our business.

 

Can you remove all stains?

We assess every job on an individual basis and will remove all staining where possible. Unfortunately, some stains are beyond our power to remove but we are always sure to advise you of this possibility and not make promises that we cannot keep. 

 

Do you move my furniture?

Where possible, we do move furniture to provide a thorough job. However, to ensure the utmost care for your belongings, we do ask that you remove small and/or breakable objects before our arrival.
